Our Services

  • Group Strength & Conditioning Sessions

    Currently over 50 youth athletes attend our after-school groups across the week, plus school holidays and special events.

    These are fun and engaging 1hr sessions carefully planned to include plyometrics, strength, power, agility and foundation movement skills, all aimed at helping our young athletes to excel in their sport/s.

    Held at Solace Gym in Leckhampton, Cheltenham.

  • One-to-One Strength & Conditioning

    For a completely personalised experience, we offer private sessions which incorporate all aspects of strength & conditioning tailored to the individual athlete.

    Whether you want ongoing sessions as part of a long term plan, or one or two as a starting point before joining a group session, we offer flexible options to suit you.
